how can i cancel a bill after recording a payment. i do not need to delete the bill i need to cancel it and refund the payment to paypal

Hi @nadiashkilenok. I would just like to confirm a few things with you here. I'm assuming that you mean you want to delete the payment of the bill that was created and make sure that the funds are allocated back to your PayPal account. All you will need to do is delete the transaction that was created once you marked the bill as paid in Wave. This will remove the payment account associated with it (assuming it was PayPal) and show that the funds were never taken out for the bill payment.
