Establishing bank connection

My bank is Hanscom Federal Credit Union (HFCU), which is recognized by Wave as a bank it works with. The software asks me to provide my login credentials. I log in using a name that I have applied to the account on HFCU's online banking, but I can also provide a member number. Which should I use? I provided the name and the software asked for a ten digit number and gave a sample that I recognized as my cell phone. I provided my cell phone number as 10 digits, no punctuation or spaces. I never received a text message. What should I do now?

Hi @Old_Professor when it comes to the username/ID that you use to log in, this is dictated by your bank in particular. This is the exact login page that Wave is accessing for that bank: https://online.hfcu.org/hanscomfcuonline/uux.aspx#/login
If are unfamiliar with this page, it'd be best to reach out to your bank directly to confirm which ID you should be using.
