CSV File & Uploading Bank Statements

Santander UK does not download their bank statements in any of the file formats that are compatible for uploading. I've been trying to save an xls file to a csv file. But keep getting error messages. Does anyone have an example csv file to work by?
6 hours now, still to no avail. its driving me crazy. please help. thanks

Upload the Excel to Google Sheets and Download as new CSV. Then try to upload in WAVE. It should work fine.
