Hey @shahzaib, you should be able to do this via the transactions page. Select the transaction that pertains to this bill payment, which will bring up an editing menu on the left side of your screen. In this menu you should see the option to Add a Customer, which should give you a list of customer profiles you can associate the bill payment with.
