Starting your own business? A few tips.

These tips may be redundant but, because they persist, they bear mentioning:
1) Generate a business plan. You may know what you want but if you can't put pen-to-paper and articulate it.... how good is your idea.
2) Start small - start as a proprietorship. You do not need to incorporate right away.
3) Most people who incorporate online forget the shareholder registry. You can incorporate online but you need business owners.
4) You need an opening balance sheet -

    Oh, actually thanks for the list. Those things are really simple but they actually work.
