Your transactions are not importing

I received an email warning about Your transactions are not importing but no reference to which company is having the problem - I support a dozen companies there should be a reference to the company

    Hi @John_Broer

    Sorry for missing your post before now. I'm assuming that this is in relation to bank connections failing. Is that accurate? If so, is it still a problem?
