New customer, chunk of transactions missing (Bendigo Bank)

I've connected and downloaded my transactions from a cheque account, but going through and assigning details to each transaction, I've noticed there's a whole chunk missing between 1 Sep 18 and 1 Dec 18. Help?
(Not a bookkeeper, but a Scouts group treasurer, so pls use small words)

Coming back to add ... I've tried to add the missing transactions using 'uploading a statement'. That is also not working. I have used simple CSV format, extended CSV, Quicken format (QIF), and Microsoft Money format (OFC)... none of these are working for me.
All right, I have now sorted it out by opening in Firefox instead of Safari and used CSV format again.
Frustrating that this should happen, wasted a bit of time.... but oh well. If this happens to anyone else, they might try this.
