Hey @Nilay_Shah this is simply a warning that there may be duplicates, and you should proceed with caution (although I think that the copy needs an update). If you're worried about potential duplications, the bank reconciliation tool will help you detect and delete/merge them accordingly.
This misleading copy still remains and just caused me hours of work. I was expecting to be able to easily handle duplicates and now I am going line by line through 6 months of books.
