Cannot connect bank loans

After adding my banks, only the checking and savings accounts show in Wave. The loan/credit accounts do not.
Any automatic workaround? Or even a manual one?

Hello again Timothy! You may have already read up on this, but Wave,like other similar software, offers automated transaction import via a third party data provider. We choose to use this provider because it enables us offer this service to customers who use thousands of banks around the world. However there are some limitations - not banks are supported, and not all types of accounts are supported for banks where connections do work.
Most often, this is on the bank's end. The connection procedures or security features might be different for unsupported account types, for example. You can read more about this here.
If you aren't able to connect some accounts, you can also choose to import your transactions, as here. If you have any questions about how this works, please let us know!
