Bank Connection - information not disseminating throughout account

On my Bank Connection tab under the Accounting window, the figure matches what is currently in my connected bank account. However, it indicates that it was last updated 49 years, 2 months ago.

When I review the Accounting tab under Transactions, the amount indicated is not synced. It reflects my transactions from last year only (2018). It reflects information from all my accounts. What am I doing wrong?

    I had the same thing happen to one of my clients accounts. I just deleted the connected and then re-established the connection. Everything imported from the last date.

    Thanks Mike. I tried that yesterday and it didn't work, but I'll give it another try.
