I am having this issue of the app hanging and shut down when trying to load existing receipts on my phone rather than taking new photo. Thanks.

Hi @ianton.
Your best recourse here would be to uninstall and reinstall the app. This fixes most issues that can crop up with Wave Receipts. Let me know if it fixes the issue.
