Cannot upload bank transactions or connect bank

Hi there,
I started using wave a month ago. I had no problem uploading a CSV of bank transactions.
A week ago I tried to upload more transactions and received the error message. I have read through threads in this forum and tried all the suggestions (trying other supported file formats, saving a copy of the csv in Google sheets to clean the file etc).
I decided to try the bank connection instead. My bank is ASB, in new zealand. I selected the following "asb.co.nz/businessbanking" this is the correct web domain but as I am a personal banking customer not a business one I wonder if the url is wrong? Anyway, I have tried entering my login details and nothing happens when I click connect.
I would really appreciate any help.

Hey @Greedyandco this is actually a known issue for CSV uploads in NZ right now; there's a thread about it here which you'll find helpful!
