Small, new corporation in search of assistance to file Canadian corporation taxes and setting up Federal Tax ID with US.

Although in my past life I done some work in Canada, it's been a long time and beyond my comfort level. However, I do have a link to apply for an EIN in the US below. Whoever is applying must have an ITIN assigned by the IRS. You can do the application online.

If you need a ITIN they can be obtained by filing Form W-7
