Cash Inflow and Outflow

What do the numbers in Cash Outflow relate to?
I've created five invoices, and the total I've invoiced for matches up to Net Cash Change, but I dont understand why there is anything in Cash Outflow. This also affects the figure in Cash Inflow.

    Hey @Sara_the_dog_runner.

So Cash Outflow would correspond to any expenses you've recorded in Wave that have actually moved in or out. So this number should be excluding any unpaid bills, or any other sort of outstanding expense. Cash outflow will also register discounts applied to invoices, as a means of offsetting the total expected income before discount. In this situation, Net Cash Changes would be any actual income (rather than expected income) minus any actual expenses, over a given period.
