Wave Connect Troubleshooting

I´ve just added wave connect to google sheets, I want to upload INVOICES, I´ve read and followed and instructions, but in step 2, when I push the button VALIDATE, the three little blue squares keeping blinking for several mins >20mins, I´ve tried skipping to step 3, pushing UPLOAD, with the same result. Please advise.

    Hey @DanielGT! I have reached out to our Application Support Team on this one to see how we can fix things, and we are going to need some more information. Would you be able to submit a support ticket with us here so that we can dig a little deeper. If you could provide screenshots in your ticket also, that would be great! Thanks, :smile:

    @Zoe_caff thank you, I´ve already submit a ticket as you requested, also Paul contacted me requesting some data about it. I´ve got no number on the ticket, but I´m guess you can find it.
