My receipt app cannot recognize Anything

Since March 10th, 2019 my receipt app cannot recognize any merchant name, date and amount and I have to key in everything. Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

    Go to the Wave app>Settings> Capture Details and make sure that switch is turned on.

    Hey @Salad201919 and welcome to Wave's Community Forum! @kinofist 's recommendation definitely seems to be the most fitting here, so let's first give that a try! If that doesn't work, I have a couple of other mobile troubleshooting steps that could be helpful:

    • Try closing and re-launching the app.
    • Log out and back into the app.
    • Check to make sure that you're connected to a cellular data or WiFi network.
    • Ensure that you've turned on permissions from the settings menu of your device.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
    • Restart your device.
