What to do with revolving Credit Card Balance from last year?

I want to link my business credit card, but there is a remaining balance from last year's expenses which I already claimed on my taxes. How do I handle:
1. Beginning Credit Card balance.
2. Transfers (payments) to Credit Card account from my business account? Example: I've only accrued $1,500 in credit card expenses for the current year, but have made payments totaling $3,000 to my credit card.
