Can't connect to BankSA

Hi Wave Community,
Wave won't connect to my account at BankSA.
It just give the following error message:
"One or more of the required fields were left blank. Please re-enter your information."
which is wrong - no field is left blank, and spins endlessly.
Does anyone know what to do?

I am sorry to hear that you're having some trouble connecting your BankSA account. First off I recommend having a read through this Help Centre article
Wave relies on a third party data provider to draw connections to financial institutions, they offer a lot of connections, which means that there can sometimes be issues. this Help Centre article explains that a little bit more.
