Problems integrating with TD Bank

Hi folks, I apologize for the frustration that may come through in this post. I have been using Wave for many years now and this is the first time I have had a problem this serious.
It's now been three weeks and 5 days since I have been able to have wave connect to my account at TD Bank (Attached screenshot)
. I spoke with somebody on the support team last week and they had mentioned they would be sending me an email with an ETA of when this may be working again.
I never received an email updating me on the status.
Is there any update when this issue may be getting resolved?

Hey @AaronBenedict it looks like you have an open ticket with Zoe, where she updated you before the weekend and you got back to her today; you can expect an update on the status of your connection sometime tomorrow, so keep an eye on your inbox for more updates.
