Our team here mostly works with Python, so can't help you with C# issues.
I did just want to mention that we don't offer REST APIs. We are building our new public API using GraphQL.
You can read more about the APIs, and explore our first endpoints (for Customer objects) in the Developer Portal.
Returning to the C# question, we are following established GraphQL conventions, so any C# libraries you find for working with GraphQL would be applicable to Wave.
