Receipts differ from App / Web

I'm trying to do my tax return and upload all my differing receipts however when looking at the web receipts not all of the receipts my app has uploaded are there. In fact i'm missing quite a lot.... They all say "DONE" nothing is "Processing" and I have reinstalled the invoice and Receipts app on my iPhone so I'm not sure how best to go about this?

I have like a million receipts to upload from emails for Uber and food etc so I really need an answer!

    @DanClarkson I just checked on our end, and it looks like all of the receipts you uploaded to the web version of Wave got in there properly. Can you confirm if you're still not seeing these receipts under Purchases > Receipts in your Wave account? There might have been a bit of a lag with them moving over, but from what I can see it all looks okay right now. Let me know!
