Hey @BritoAlesio in this case, as long as both of these accounts are set up in Wave you can mark either side of the transfer to reflect this.
This guide explains it in more detail, but the short of it is that you'd be categorizing one of the two sides of the transfer as " Transfer to..." or "Transfer from Bank, Credit Card, or Loan".
