Hey @Nads. It's entirely up to you on how you would want to categorize these types of transactions (and more than likely, depends on your business as well). Regardless, it should be a type of income transaction -- if you are wanting to track that income in a specific account, make sure you create the account in the chart of accounts section and categorize those transaction accordingly.
