If you go to Settings > Invoice Customisation, you can insert your payment instructions in the "Standard Memo" field, this will automatically put your bank details on all invoices, and can be overridden when creating an invoice.
If you're just looking for somewhere else to put the bank details, you could possibly create a product with your bank details on, for £0.00, and add it to each invoice manually...
