Paid invoices per month

How can I see the total of the invoices that have been paid each month. I don't want the outstanding amounts included, just the actual amount that's actually been received?
At the moment Im physically adding it up from my bank account, but there must be a better way?

    @fitandfunkykids It's a good question. I'm afraid we don't have a Report which is specifically designed to account for invoice related transactions only. The most helpful report in your case would be the Account Transaction Report where you can select for your payment account, select for specific transaction dates and select for 'Cash and Cash Equivalents' (so only funds actually received will be accounted for).

    If you process payments through Wave, you can see a list of all your Payouts under Sales > Payments and select for specific dates there too. You won't get a calculated total of your paid invoices for the month but it will be a list of paid invoices only :smile:
