Suntrust Bank Connection Error

I have just switched from Quickbooks to Wave because my Suntrust Business Account is not connecting (did for a year until all of a sudden it stopped). Well I find that it doesn't connect in Wave either. I can connect my Suntrust personal account but not my business account. The business bank is listed, the credentials are correct. Suntrust screen says please try connecting another account. And Wave says that the connection is down, try a few hours later. (101) Any help would be appreciated. I realize I can manually add them but I really prefer to have a connection to this account.

In situations like this, I do feel as though it's always best to create a support ticket: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/requests/new that way a member of our application support team will have more visibility on what could be going on here. I can see that your setup with our new data provider, so we may need to do a bit more internal troubleshooting to get this resolved.
