Hey @Sunset. Just to confirm a few things with you here -- are you uploading the receipts via the app itself? Or the web software? If it's via the app, could you please delete the app completely, make sure that you have the latest version of your mobile device software, re-download the app and try again? If it's the web software, please make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome/FireFox and clear your cached data/cookies. Also, if you could confirm the file type that you are trying to upload, that would be super helpful here as well.
