Bank Authentication Error

I get stuck on authenticating my credentials. The reason is my bank issues alphanumeric codes but the wave authenticator is only numeric. I know this because my keyboard only inputs numbers but not the alphabets when i try. Please how do i fix this so i can connect my bank to it. Thanks

    @TestingPayroll This actually sounds like it may be a browser issue. Which browser are you using? Wave only supports Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. If you're using any of those browsers, try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't make a difference, can you Direct Message me so we can work together and look into this further?
