Receipts Not Uploading

I have taken photos of all my receipts but when I go to process them they do not appear

in Mobile Technical Support

    Hey @downtoearth_1 . I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with our Receipts product! If this is on mobile, let's try some initial troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the problem.

    • Try closing and re-launching the app.
    • Log out and log back into the app.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.

    Often re-installing the app will solve the problem as an older version can cause issues.
