New RBC account and Tangerine credit card are not syncing transactions.

Before RBC bank, we used to work with TD bank (both Canadian business accounts). We never had an issue with TD but now that we are using RBC, the transactions are not syncing. I do see both the RBC account and the Tangerine credit card in my dashboard but when I check my transactions under the accounting section, I don't see the transactions that my dashboard is showing. Why? What am I doing wrong?

    Hey @Sergio, thanks for reaching out! I am sorry that you're having some issues with your connection. Can you start by refreshing it?
    1. Click Banking > Bank Connections
    2. Find your bank in the list of connections
    3. Click "Edit Bank Credentials" and re-enter your login information for your bank account
    4. Save and update now.
    5. Repeat steps 2-4 about 3 times
