Collaborators with view/edit/send access cannot bill record payment. Why? How to fix?

Both entries in the knowledge base, do not specifically address the payment recording by collaborators with max privileges. Thought it is possible for invoices, we don't find the way to record bill payments. Please advise.

    Hey there,

    There is a known issue with collaboration that prevents View, Edit, & Send collaborators from applying payments to bills in the owner account. To workaround this, it will be necessary to temporarily edit the credentials of your collaborator to View & Edit (this can be done by clicking Settings > Collaborators). Once this is done, they'll be able to succesfully apply payment to any bills.

    I don't have a solid ETA on when this will be fixed, but our engineering team is aware of the issue, and is working towards a resolution.
