Notes not transferring

When notes are entered at the Receipt stage, they don't transfer into the transaction stage when verified. Does anyone have any answers?

This is a known issue with scanning receipts and taking notes using the app. It doesn't affect every user, however. I would recommend trying to delete the app entirely and reinstall it on your phone.
