Sort by Description

The sort by description in 'Transactions' has disappeared?

This made it significantly quicker to review items; as I could sort by description and bulk categorise the similar items into a category.

Is there an alternative way to sort by description?

New wave looks pretty but in the most part feels slower to do essential tasks.

@RichA You certainly can search your transactions by description in the newer version of the software. If you head to Accounting > Transactions, in the top right corner, you'll see a little magnifying glass. From there, you can search your transactions by description and then bulk categorize them. Just hit 'Select all' and then 'Edit' in order to categorize them all at once.

Here is a screenshot of the search bar you'll see when you click the magnifying glass!

Thanks. I was hoping to be able to sort by description as that similar descriptions are grouped together.

I will give sort a try instead.
