Balance Sheet not updating correct figure

I have an account (Cash on Hand BZD) and has the correct ending balance and the correct dates. The balance sheet does not fetch this balance when updated.

Hey @alexieleon. Hmm, it should show the balance correctly in the reports section if it's correct based on what's entered into Wave. Could you please include a screenshot of the Balance Sheet report (with the details section selected so we can see the Cash on Hand account specifically). As well as the balance you are seeing on the Transactions page for the account? Let me know when you get a chance!
I placed a support ticket and someone fixed it for me. My accounting was correct. It was just something that had to be fixed in the back end. Thanks.
