Apparently waveapps hasn't been able to connect to BBT since march. Will this ever be fixed?

Hey @BRTermite. My suggestion is that you reach out to us via support ticket so we can do a bit of further investigating on our side: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/requests/new -- we may need to escalate this up to our data provider, and in order for us to do that, we will need as much detail as possible within that support ticket email to get it sorted.
