Balance sheet account not reporting correct balance

One of my balance sheet account is not reporting correct. The amount is different from the balance.

The amount in the report only take one transaction (first one) and ignores rest of the transaction. Is it a known issue? What to do? Bit lost here.

I am new to wave so would appreciate some assistance asap.

I have now deleted all the transactions related to the account and archived the account but the account and the amount still appear in the balance sheet. It is a negative balance.
