Hello,

I am having problems with Receipts. I cannot load receipts anymore through my phone. I'd love suggestions. I have lots of receipts to upload and I don;t know how to go about this. Thanks in advance.

    We may need a little more context as to what the issue is that you're experiencing. Are you seeing an error that is popping up when you're attempting to load your receipts? Any screenshots of this error would be greatly appreciated.

    As a start, we can go through some initial troubleshooting to see if we can help you resolve the problem.

    • Try closing and re-launching the app.
    • Log out and back into the app.
    • Check to make sure that you're connected to a cellular data or WiFi network.
    • Ensure that you've turned on permissions from the settings menu of your device.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
    • Restart your device.
