Profit & Loss Report Is Incorrect

I deleted an invoice, but the amount still shows on the P&L. When I click on the income account for the details, there is no activity. There is absolutely no transactions/journal entries for this income account, but it still shows on the P&L. Any suggestions to help correct this?

    Seems unusual. Did you happen to get paid for the invoice?

    Very unusual. I recorded a payment, and deleted it before deleting the invoice. I'm a bookkeeper and use QBO, but I'm testing out Wave. The trial balance is not balanced, so something is definitely out of whack.

    Hey @Michelle_A! Thanks for reaching out here! It does sound unusual. We've taken a look on the back end here and tweaked a few things to make sure your data is displaying correctly. Can you log out and then back into your Wave account to see if everything looks correct now? If not, let us know!

    Good day. My profit & loss report is showing uncategorized income as one of the entries. When I click on the income account for the details, there is no activity. Can you please advise?

    This same thing is happening to me. The 2019 P&L shows $12.98 is uncategorized expense but when I look at the uncategorized transactions for 2019, I dont see any transactions.

    Hey @HVU , it looks like one of our other Specialists followed up with you on Monday and your reports should be correct now. Are you still seeing any discrepancies on the report?

    The same thing is happening as well to us. The 2019 P&L shows uncategorized expenses but cannot see them when looking at the 2019 transactions.

    Hi @willhlaw , I made a quick tweak on the back end which should fix any data that may have been displaying incorrectly. Please let me know if you're still seeing issues!

    Same issue i'm having 2021 P&L report shows Uncategorized Expense of $372.74 which shows No results were found when I click on it. Could you please fix it for me.. Thank you

    I am also having the same issue on the 2021 P&L Report. There's an Uncategorized Expense of -$62.12, but it has no results. Please help.
