Unable to connect CIBC Business account

I am able to connect my CIBC personal account, but when I try to connect my CIBC business account I get an error. I am not sure why because I'm following the same procedure in both instaances

Hi Gersham! This could be happening because of the different login procedures for the accounts, or the way they're connected to your online banking portal on the bank's side. You can read more about how this works in this article outlining the bank connection automation and how it works.
Depending on the error message you receive, you can try different methods of troubleshooting, as here.
If this is something on Wave's side, our Support Teamwill be able to assist. If this is an issue with the integration for this type of account on the bank's side - or it isn't supported - our data provider's team will need to work on it.
