CONNECTING MY BANK ACCOUNT TO WAVE

In banking I followed the proms to include my Bank of AMERICA account,I got a message that said a code number will be text to my cellphone to verify my ID then enter the number.The next message says text sent but I never received the text. Is this a Wave problem ormy bank problem?
