Is there any way to change the layout of the Invoice Templates? Can the logo be on the right hand side of the template not the left as it is set to now?

Hi @Mark,
No, there's currently no way to modify the layout of our invoices outside of the three models offered on the Invoice Customization page.
If you'd like to discuss changing our invoice models, or talk about adding deeper layout customization, I would recommend making a feature request in the Wave Feature category. Before you do, however, you should read this post on how Wave chooses new features to work on.
