Is there a way to pay a monthly fee instead of large fee for every single transaction?

Unfortunately there is no way to do this. Most payment processing that involves credit card or ACH requires these processing fees as they go to the banks or CC processors. Our accounting platform prides itself on being free and only charging these small amounts for processing. Other accounting platforms charge both a monthly fee and processing for transactions.
My apologies that this isn't a feature available in Wave, however we are very proud to say we're one of the very few free payment processing accounting applications that exist in the market!
