Receipts for same business not showing up for bookkeeper that owner uploaded

I'm confused. I'm bookkeeping for my husband's business. He owns it, it's under his login. He shared it with me to be his Admin. As he's going about business, he's uploading and forwarding receipts from his email. When I log in as me and go to the same business that he just uploaded to, the receipts aren't there for me to code.
What I'm gathering is that the one who uploads the receipts or sends from their own email is the ONLY one who can code those receipts. Am I wrong?

    Hey @mishtc! Sorry to hear that you've been running into this confusion - just so we're clear, are you referring to being able to categorize those receipts? Uploaded receipts will automatically create a transaction within the Accounting > Transactions page, where you can edit the category as you'd like!
