Bank connections outside UK

Good day, my client received an email stating the the bank connection for the account can be restored. We are in South Africa. Is this possible?

    Hey there @Christie_Ba1

    If your client was not a South African resident, but North American, then they would have likely received this. Essentially bank connections would only resume for banks in North America. If you wouldn't mind reaching out in my DM's with the email of your client (if you wish to share) I could take a look and see whether they were intended to be on our list for that email communication. Otherwise its only for North American users. Sorry about that!
