HSBC USA was working fine but now unmatched (and cannot be added)

Not sure what has happened with Wave's bank connection service, but HSBC USA was working just fine the last time I logged in (2 days ago). Today I'm supposed to reconnect the bank but it is under 'Unmatched Connections". However, when I go to search for the bank, I do not see any suitable entries or am I supposed to use hsbc.co.uk for the HSBC USA connection?

Same and I'm frustrated. This may be a make or break for me with Wave.
Hi @John_Craig_123 @Jae @JAM16 . If your bank isn't listed in the list above when searching, it's likely that the connection isn't currently supported by our data aggregator. They're constantly adding new connections, but in the meantime, you can use Wave Connect to get your transactions into Wave.
I appreciate the response but this bank was on Wave for years. Not sure why you're supporting some HSBC banks and not all. Really unfortunate.
