How to *really* view all months of every year in the Reconciliation section?

When I click on Show All Periods in Reconciliation, it just goes back to the first year I had that account and shows me five months' worth of reconciliation periods. I can see no way to view any others. And when I refresh the page, it takes me to the five most recent months of the current year OR it skips to any month that isn't properly reconciled. I need to be able to view all months or have the ability to choose any reconciliation period/month.

How do I do that? Please be really clear in your explanation because I'm up against a deadline and have no time to go back and forth with communications.

After you click show all in that box it shows a time line you can slide that ro the left to get to what ever yr and month your wanting. If you hoover over the month it will tell you dollar detail to open you would just click on that month.
