I am trying to go into a bill to apply a payment. I click on the drop down to try to get to "record payment", but my drop down menu is blank!

I haven't been able to recreate this issue so it's likely something to do with your browser settings that is preventing the drop-down from showing. Can you please try some troubleshooting for me?
