Bill Payment

I am trying to go into a bill to apply a payment. I click on the drop down to try to get to "record payment", but my drop down menu is blank!

    I have the same problem. The dropdown menu is blank

    Hi @Lori and @debbieBELIVE,

    I haven't been able to recreate this issue so it's likely something to do with your browser settings that is preventing the drop-down from showing. Can you please try some troubleshooting for me?

    • Wave always works best with Chrome or Firefox, if you don't already use one of these we recommend downloading one for an optimal experience with Wave
    • Please disable any browser extensions that you may have, these could be interfering with your ability to use the site effectively
    • Clear your cache and cookies
    • Ensure your browser is zoomed out all the way (zooming in can interfere with pop-ups)
