Bank Connections

Since the changes made a few days ago it says all my bank connections are off. When I click on the icon that says off with the sentence "Automatically import transactions into accounting" beside it it will tell me to retry because user name is wrong. The user name is the bank card number but unfortunately I have a new card and dont have the old number. What do I do?

Hey @Marge, I'm very sorry to hear this! If you think the connection might still be prompting you to enter your old card information, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank in order to try and get that recovered - they should have a record of what it once might have been!
