Changing categories

I have not been able to make new categories that fit our needs. We have linked banking to all our accounts, but not finding it possible to make the necessary categories for each. Is this possible with Wave? Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Hi @foreverfree7 , can you give me some more information on this? You can create accounts for whatever needs you have in your Chart of Accounts so I'm wondering where exactly you're having trouble with categories. Let me know.

    My Chart of Accounts has a pencil to edit, but when I choose an account it doesn't go to that account or allow me to edit. Is this normal?

    @foreverfree7,
    You should be able to edit the name of an account by clicking on the pencil. I just tried it and had no issue.

    @foreverfree7 if you're still having trouble, try accessing Wave through Chrome or through Incognito Mode in Chrome. You may be running into a browser issue.
