Unable to connect my TD Canada Trust bank account

Hi,
I'm new to wave and I'm evaluating Wave vs. Mint. Wave has failed me right off the bat. I was not able to connect to my TD Canada account for almost weeks now.
Opened a support ticket with Wave HelpDesk and no response for more than 6 days. Have followed up multiple times now, still no word!
I hope someone can help me out to evaluate this product. Not sure why I'm still trying lol

I'm having the same issue. My transactions have not imported since January 18 or so.
